Thank you for connecting with Yarra Trams on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram. Yarra Trams is proudly operated by Yarra Journey Makers in partnership with Public Transport Victoria. 

We are online on Facebook and Twitter seven days a week, from 6am to 1am, and for extended hours during Night Network. We may not respond outside these hours. If your matter is urgent or serious, or you would like to provide customer feedback, please contact 1800 800 007 or PTV Feedback 6am - midnight (all night Friday & Saturday).  For tram information including next three arrivals, service changes and disruptions, get the tramTRACKER app for iPhone and Android or follow @yarratrams on Twitter.

Our social media profile pages are for content and conversation related to Yarra Trams. Please understand that comments posted by our communities or followers or visitors do not represent the views of Yarra Trams. We ask that you remain respectful when posting to our social media pages and follow these simple rules.  

  • Please comply with the Terms of Use for each of the Social Media platforms. We recommend you do not reveal any personal information including your address, phone number or email address.
  • Play nice. Please do not use offensive language. Keep your comments polite and respectful. No abusive, bullying, threatening or defamatory posts. 
  • Keep it appropriate. No trolling, spamming, advertising or posting offensive content. 
  • Take care. Please do not post incorrect, deceptive, misleading or private content that is in violation of copyright or any law or regulation.
