Online market research

Here at Yarra Trams, we're always working on ways to improve Melbourne's tram network.  If you’d like to help improve the network, please consider joining our online research panel.

As a panel member, you’ll have the chance to win lots of great prizes such as myki credit and tickets to Melbourne’s leading events and attractions.

Surveys are emailed to our online panel throughout the year. Most surveys will take around 2 minutes but there are some that will take around 5 – 10 minutes and will cover topics like safety, passenger information and educational programs. You can pick and choose which surveys you do and opt out at any time.
