- No Route 78 trams run between Stop 50 Toorak Road and Balaclava.

- Route 3/16/58/67 trams

A limited Route 78 Bus replacement service runs between Stop 50 Toorak Road and Balaclava, diverting around the emergency services request servicing existing stops where possible. Bus replacements may take up to 45 minutes.
