Services Resuming

• Route 30/58 trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Service Changes

Due to a collision in William Street

• Route 58 trams in both directions divert via Elizabeth Street/Victoria Street/Swanston Street/St Kilda Road between Stop 14 Royal Melbourne Hospital and Stop 20 Anzac Station.
• No Route 30 trams run between Stop 1 Spencer Street and Stop 5 Melbourne Central Station/Elizabeth Street.
• Expected impact to service: Over 1 hour.

Alternative travel

• Route 30 passengers may use City Loop trains.
• Route 58 passengers may use Metro Tunnel trains between Parkville and Anzac Stations or Victoria Street/Bourke Street/Collins Street/Flinders Street trams to connect with diverting services. 

This disruption is expected to take some time to clear. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey.
