Services resuming

Route 11, 12, 48 and 109 trams have resumed along their normal lines following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Service Changes

Due to an ill passenger in Collins Street

• No Route 11 trams run between Stop 12 St Vincent's Plaza and Victoria Harbour, Docklands. Trams divert from Stop 12 St Vincent's Plaza via La Trobe Street to Stop 124 Batman Park.
• A limited Route 11a shuttle service runs between Victoria Harbour Docklands and Stop 6 Town Hall/Collins Street.
• Route 12 and 109 trams to Victoria Gardens/Box Hill divert via La Trobe Street between Stop 124 Batman Park and Stop 12 St Vincent’s Plaza.
• No Route 48 trams run between Stop 9 Lansdowne St and Victoria Harbour, Docklands. Trams divert from Stop 9 Lansdowne St via Flinders Street to Stop D6 Flinders St West.
• Expected impact to services: Over 1 hour.

Alternative travel

• City Loop trains
• Swanston/Elizabeth/William Street trams to connect with diverting services. 

This disruption is expected to take some time to clear. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey.
