Due to an accident in Collins Street
- Route 12/109 trams to Victoria Gardens/Box Hill divert via La Trobe Street between Spencer Street and Stop 12 St Vincent’s Plaza
- No Route 11/48 trams run between Stop 7 101 Collins Street and Victoria Harbour Docklands
Alternative travel
- Use Swanston/Elizabeth/William Street trams to connect with diverting services
