Route 109 trams have resumed along their normal lines following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Service Changes

Due to storm damage in Cotham Road at Adeney Avenue

• No Route 109 trams run between Stop 32 Kew Junction and Box Hill.
• A limited bus replacement service runs between Stop 32 Kew Junction and Box Hill, servicing existing stops where possible.
• Expected impact to services: over 1 hour.

Alternative travel

• Belgrave/Lilydale line trains.
• Route 48 trams in High Street, Route 16 trams in Glenferrie Road or Route 72 trams in Burke Road 

This disruption is expected to take some time to clear. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey.
