Reason for service change

Due to power company works to replace poles and cables along Bell Street at Plenty Road

Tram service changes

Route 86 trams run a shortened service between Waterfront City Docklands and Stop 42 Dundas St.

Buses replace Route 86 trams between Stop 42 Dundas St and Bundoora RMIT. 

Stop 45 Bell St, towards Bundoora RMIT,  will be closed during the works, connect with buses at Stop 44 Seymour St, a 2 minute / 150m walk towards city.

Replacement bus service

Replacement buses will service nearby existing tram, PTV bus stops and temporary bus stops along Route 86. 

Follow orange wayfinding and at-tram stop signage for directions to the serviced stops.

Tram replacement buses run to normal frequency during works, there may be delays due to congestion in the works area.

Accessibility

Tram replacement buses will be low floor and will run to normal frequency during works.
