Services Resuming

• Route 70 trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable. 
• Route 78 trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.
• Route 12 trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.
• Route 109 trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Service Changes

Due to an equipment fault in Chruch Street at Victoria Street

• Route 109 trams to Box Hill divert via Bridge Road between Stop 29 Barkers Road and Stop 8 Spring Street.
• No Route 12 trams run between Stop 18 Hoddle Street and Victoria Gardens.

Alternative travel

• Belgrave/Lilydale and Alamein line trains or Hurstbridge and Mernda line trains from Stop 8 Spring Street or Stop 19 North Richmond Station to connect with diverting Route 109 services
• Bus 246 at North Richmond Station.

A limited Route 70 bus replacement service runs between Stop 29 Riversdale Junction and Stop 7D Olympic Boulevard servicing existing stops where possible; bus replacements may take up to 45 minutes. 

A limited Route 78 bus replacement service runs between North Richmond and Balaclava servicing existing stops where possible; bus replacements may take up to 45 minutes
