Service Changes

CBD trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Due to a rally in the city.

When Swanston Street is impacted

No Route 1 trams run between Stop 7 RMIT University and Stop 14 Arts Precinct.
No Route 6 trams run between Stop 7 RMIT University and Stop 11 Collins St.
Route 3, 64 and 67 trams run between the south-eastern suburbs and Stop 7 Flagstaff Station diverting via Park Street, Kings Way and William Street.
No Route 5, 16 and 72 trams run between Stop 11 Collins St and Melbourne University.
Stop 11 Collins St (southbound) is closed. Use Stop 10 Bourke St Mall or Stop 13 Flinders St Station.

If La Trobe Street impacted

Route 30 trams will not run.
City Circle trams run between Stop 6 Russell St and Docklands via Harbour Esplanade and Flinders Street.

If Collins Street impacted

Route 12 and 109 trams divert via La Trobe Street between Stop 12 St Vincent’s Plaza and Stop 124 Batman Park
No Route 11, 48 trams run between Stop 7 101 Collins St and Stop 5 Elizabeth St

If Bourke Street impacted

Route 86 and 96 trams divert via La Trobe Street between Spencer Street and Stop 11 Melbourne Museum.
Limited shuttle services run as Route 86a and 96a between Stop 4 Queen St and Stop D1 Stadium Precinct/Stop 124 Batman Park

If Flinders Street impacted

No Route 70 trams run between Stop 7B Rod Laver Arena and Stop 4 Flinders St Station.
No Route 75 trams run between Stop 13 Simpson St and Stop 4 Flinders St Station.

If Elizabeth Street impacted

If Spring Street impacted

No Route 11 trams run between Stop 7 101 Collins St and Stop 12 St Vincents Plaza
No Route 48 trams run between Stop 7 101 Collins St and Stop 13 Simpson St
