Disruption to city trams - Sunday 15 September

Services Resuming

City trams have resumed following an earlier disruption. Delays may occur as we restore the timetable.

Due to a rally in the city.

Swanston Street Impacted

Route 6 trams will run in sections with no trams between Stop 3 Lincoln Square and Stop 11 Collins Street
Route 5/16/72 trams will run between the south-eastern suburbs and Stop 11 Collins Street
Service changes apply to Route 1/3/64/67 trams due to renewal works: Service disruption to Swanston Street trams - Yarra Trams

Bourke Street impacted

Route 86/96 trams will divert via La Trobe Street between Spencer Street and Stop 11 Melbourne Museum.

A limited shuttle service will run as:

Route 86a between Stop D1 Stadium Precinct and Stop 4 Queen Street.

Route 96a between Stop 138 Luna Park and Stop 4 Queen Street.

If Collins Street impacted

Route 11/12/109 trams will divert via La Trobe Street between Spencer Street and Stop 12 St Vincent’s Plaza.
Route 48 trams will run in sections with no trams between Stop 5 Elizabeth Street and Stop 7 101 Collins Street.

La Trobe Street impacted

No Route 30 trams will run.
City Circle trams run between Stop 6 Russell Street and Docklands via Harbour Esplanade and Flinders Street.

If Elizabeth Street impacted

No Route 57 trams will run between Stop 8 Peel Street and Stop 1 Flinders Street Station.
No Route 19/59 trams will run between Stop 9 Haymarket and Stop 1 Flinders Street Station.

If Flinders Street impacted

Route 70/75 trams will operate in sections with no trams between Stop 4 Flinders Street Station/Elizabeth Street and Stop 6 Russell Street.
