Tram network upgrade- Union and Epsom roads
- 57
Friday 14 November to Monday 1 December 2025
We’re renewing the tram tracks and making safety upgrades along Epsom and Union roads in Ascot Vale.
We’re also building a new level-access platform stop at Stop 33 on Union Road at Epsom Road to improve accessibility for passengers and prepare for the introduction of G-Class trams. The upgraded stop will be larger and safer to better accommodate crowds during major events at Melbourne Showgrounds. It’s all part of our ongoing work to ensure the tram network meet future needs.
