To enhance our passengers' experience across the tram network, Yarra Trams will have the Passenger Support Team travel on selected services on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Our Passenger Support Team are friendly onboard ambassadors dedicated to helping you with your journey.
They work closely with our drivers and the Network Security Team to help keep services running smoothly and safety.
