Yarra Trams wins gold!

We are proud to have won Gold in the Public Relations Institute of Australia Golden Target Awards for Excellence in Internal Communications for our internal COVID-19 vaccination campaign, Your Shot to Win.

The winning campaign, led by Internal Communications Manager Ginny Hollands and her team, incentivised early vaccination while sharing authentic stories from employees on what they were most looking forward to when we could be “together again”.

With a diverse and dispersed workforce of 2700 employees, and a safety-critical business operating an essential service 24/7, keeping our people informed and engaged is essential.
