New PTV Hub open at Southern Cross Station

The PTV Hub at Melbourne Town Hall (Swanston Street/Little Collins Street) is now closed.
About the PTV Hub
Customers will be able to access a range of ticketing services, get printed information, plan a journey or have a demonstration of the PTV iPhone app.
The new PTV Hub will be open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
At the new PTV Hub you'll be able to:
Ticketing:
- buy a full fare myki from the machine
- buy a myki Visitor Pack
- learn how to top up your myki with myki money and myki pass at the myki machine (minimum of $1 and maximum of $250)
- get staff to help you with using a myki machine
- lodge myki forms
- lodge VPT Student Concession Card and Student Pass application forms
- pick up your free seniors/DSP/CAR myki
- exchange your myki full fare to concession or vice versa (please note that card balance cannot be transferred on the spot. A refund cheque will be sent to you in the mail)
- find out about the refund and replacement process for myki
- get information about Free Travel Pass and War Widow / War Veteran Concession Card applications.
- on the spot replacement of non-operational myki cards (please note that card balance cannot be transferred on the spot. A new myki with a full balance transfer will be sent to you in the mail. You can keep the courtesy myki as a spare.)

- pick up public transport brochures.
