Melbourne's new G-class trams

Melbourne, meet the G-class.

Our new G-class trams were announced earlier today by Premier Dan Andrews! All 100 of the trams will be made right here in Victoria at the Alstom manufacturing site in Dandenong based on the Flexity 2 design.

This is the biggest ever investment in locally-made trams in Australia's history and they'll be our most accessible, most comfortable and most energy efficient ones yet.
