Yarra Trams' service delivery in June was slightly lower than the same time last year, with 98.94 per cent of timetabled services delivered. Punctuality improved year-on-year, with 85.41 per cent of services arriving on time. Both service delivery and punctuality improved on last month, with punctuality almost 2 per cent higher than in May.

University exams at the Showgrounds affected the performance of Essendon lines, whilst freeway accidents and rallies in the CBD affected services from other depots. Extra services were provided for the university exams as well as for a number of sporting events including AFL and rugby league.

Important tram track renewal works were successfully delivered this month on Whitehorse Road and at Camberwell Junction, as well as works in preparation for the Acland Street terminus upgrade.
