June 2015 saw improvements in both service delivery and punctuality, with 99.39 per cent of timetabled services delivered and 85.18 per cent of these services arriving on time. Minor adjustments to the timetable on 21 June to reflect changes in operating conditions have already improved performance.
Factors affecting punctuality were third party incidents and tram infrastructure upgrades. This included a day with both a gas leak on Punt Road and a major CBD rally, as well as track renewal at several locations on the network including Swanston Street at Federation Square and High Street in Preston.
