August performance results

Yarra Trams has had another record month for performance, achieving the highest August service delivery and punctuality in at least five years.
New Routes 11 and 12 are performing strongly since they were implemented in July. Route 11 recorded a punctuality of 90.21 per cent - making it the third best performing route on the network for the month.
Yarra Trams will continue to review both driver and customer feedback about the new timetable to ensure that we are meeting our customers' expectations.
Route 82 also performed strongly, delivering 99.63 per cent of services in August.
Tram improvement projects completed in August will improve accessibility and create faster boarding times for passengers at Melbourne's sports precinct thanks to level access stop resurfacing, while passenger safety is improved along Queensbridge Street due to new safety kerbing.
Network service delivery was 99.42 per cent and punctuality 85.57 per cent.
