To find out when the next three trams are expected to arrive at your tram stop simply SMS your Tracker Stop ID to 199YARRA (that's 19992772).

How to SMS tramTRACKER^®

- Start a new SMS to 1999 2772 and enter the tracker stop ID as found on the stop pole as the body of your message.

- Shortly after you will receive an SMS message with the next three trams to arrive your stop. Low floor trams will be marked with an asterix.

ID is the Tracker Stop ID you sent in the SMS. This confirms you are receiving information for the correct stop.

The numbers 1), 2) and 3) represent the next three trams at your stop in order, followed by the route and the estimated time of arrival.

The rcv and sent dates and times indicate when your request was received by tramTRACKER^® and when the request was forwarded to your phone.

tramTRACKER^® generally sends a response immediately after receiving a request. In the event of congestion on your mobile network a message might not come through immediately. In this case please contact your phone provider.
