September 2015 performance results

Punctuality and service delivery were fairly consistent in September 2015 compared with the same time last year, with 98.78 per cent of timetabled services delivered and 85.57 per cent of these services arriving on time.

The results were affected by the Industrial action that occurred in September and third-party works that affected punctuality on some lines.

The roll out of the next generation E-Class trams on the network continues. There are now seven trams in service on line 11 and a total of 28 across the network.
