In May 2015, Yarra Trams delivered 98.85 per cent of timetabled services, with 80.6 per cent of these arriving on-time. 

Factors affecting punctuality were the onset of autumn weather and the scheduling of major infrastructure upgrade projects. This included major track and overhead renewal work on Lygon Street, Brunswick, and the construction of the first accessible tram and bus interchange on Queensbridge Street, Southbank.
