Passengers part of our TRAMSformation

Yarra Trams thanks tram passengers for providing their feedback at St Vincent's Plaza on the morning of Monday 1 March for the first 'Meet the Managers' session.

Hundreds of customers took time out of their morning journey to take part and provide valuable feedback.

All three platforms at St Vincent's Plaza were transformed into a forum for ideas and feedback from passengers direct to management.

Executive Leadership Team members from Yarra Trams were at the stop between 8am and 10am to greet passengers as they arrived and departed on Routes 24, 30, 109 and 112.

As a thank you gesture, passengers were treated to free coffee, muffins and cookies.

Yarra Trams is now reviewing the feedback received and will keep you updated on progress of our TRAMSformation.
