Online research panel

We value your opinion and invite our customers to join Yarra Trams online research panel. Your feedback will help us to improve customer experience across Melbourne's tram network.

  • As part of our customer research community, you will generally be emailed a survey about four to six times a year
  • Our surveys usually take about five to 10 minutes to complete
  • We offer you the chance to win some great prizes, which could be tickets to Melbourne events and attractions or myki credit to enable you to travel on our services

We cover topics including safety, passenger information, educational programs or campaigns. In past surveys we have asked our online panel about our tramTRACKER app and our Beware the Rhino safety campaign.

Customer research privacy

As our surveys are market research, they are carried out in compliance with the Privacy Act. The information you provide will be used only for research purposes.
