Our Passenger Service Charter clearly defines the responsibilities and obligations of Yarra Trams (YT) as we work to provide safety, reliability and outstanding customer service. It also details the responsibilities and obligations of passengers, such as the need to always carry a valid ticket when travelling on public transport.

Yarra Trams does its utmost to meet and exceed its commitments to passengers, so the Charter lets our passengers know what they can expect in terms of service delivery.
